A new type of tanking class is introduced in the Mines of Moria. Unlike most tanking classes in any MMO, the Warden does not clad himself in full metal armour suits. The Warden relies on lighter, leather armours and his ability to move quickly. It's agility will allow him to survive the onslaught, while his shield and heavy spear harm his foes.

The Warden introduces yet another new combat system; Gambits. Using a combination of skills, the Warden will release even more powerful attacks against his enemies. He will also be the only one to use the Javelin, a heavy throwing weapon. With a heavy fighter like this, surely the advance of Sauron's black forces can be slowed while the Free Peoples prepare their counter assault.
